Why was my payment declined?

If your order didn’t go through on the Gallup Store, your transaction may have been declined by your bank. Please check that your credit card number, expiration date, billing address and other details are entered correctly, then try again.

If the issue persists, contact your financial institution. The information we receive when a transaction is declined is limited, so your bank is the best resource to help resolve the issue.
