View comment data from a lifecycle survey's open-ended questions, including sentiment breakdowns, AI-generated summaries, and key topics, and use filters to explore feedback.
The Text Analytics tab lists all open-ended questions on the survey, including the number of comments and sentiment distribution for each question. Gallup categorizes comments into four sentiment groups: positive, negative, neutral (neither positive nor negative) and mixed (positive and negative). To view specific counts for each sentiment type, position your mouse cursor over a question’s sentiment distribution bar.
