Download data analysis as an Excel file with applied data criteria and color-coded cells matching heatmap values.
You can export the Advanced Data Tool's data shown in the Analysis Overview section as a Microsoft Excel file. The export file includes the data criteria (e.g., survey, filters, etc.) and color-coded cells that correspond with the heatmap color values.

Select Create Export from the Export Options drop-down list on the upper-right corner of the page.

In the Create Export window, type a name for your export, choose a file format (Excel or CSV) and select whether to receive an email when your export is ready to download. Then click Generate Export.

Select View All Exports from the Export Options drop-down list on the upper-right corner of the page to display the Past Exports window.

When your export is ready, click its download button (
) to save it.Note: Exports may take time to process. If the export isn’t ready, click Refresh or check again later.
