Plans

Reassign action plans to different projects, teams or administrators to maintain proper plan ownership and organizational structure.

Use this section of the Advanced Configuration Tool to change the project, team and administrator (i.e., owner) of an action plan. Access it via the Action tab at the top of the Advanced Configuration page.

Use the Plans drop-down list and the search field to locate the plan you want to modify, then select Transfer Plan from the plan's corresponding More Options menu (⁝) to display the Transfer Plan window.

Note: If you only want to assign a different administrator to a plan without changing its project or team, you can use the Transfer Plan feature of the Team Monitoring product.

In the Transfer Plan window, use the New Project, New Team and New Plan Administrator drop-down lists to assign a new project, team or administrator (i.e., owner), respectively, to the plan. Click Save Changes when you are done.

Note: Because Gallup-recommended tasks are specific to the project and team of the plan they are associated with, modifying a plan's project or team will make its associated Gallup-recommended tasks (if any) inapplicable.
