Control which survey questions and responses are visible to all users or restricted to authorized roles.
Use this section of the Advanced Configuration Tool to set survey questions as Public or Private.
- Public questions and their corresponding response data appear on the survey's report.
- Private questions and their corresponding response data appear on the survey's report only for individuals with a specific Gallup Access role granting them the privilege to view private questions.

Sensitive Questions section
You can use the option in the Status column to set a question as Public or Private. You can also set multiple questions at once by selecting the checkboxes of several different questions and then using the Bulk Actions drop-down list to set all selected questions as Public or Private.
