Control Text Analytics tab visibility and data display options for survey reports, including sentiment analysis, topic modeling and AI-generated summaries.
Use this section of the Advanced Configuration Tool to determine the availability of the Text Analytics tab on a survey's report and the data that appear on that tab. You can also choose the availability of the Text Analytics tab and its data for all future surveys' reports.
- To configure the Text Analytics tab for a survey's report, select Apply configuration for a selected project, use the Project drop-down list to select the survey, and then select your desired configuration options.
- To configure the Text Analytics tab for all future surveys, select Apply configuration for all future projects, and then select your desired configuration options.

Display the Text Analytics tab
Select whether the Text Analytics tab appears on a survey's report.
Display sentiment data when available
Select whether sentiment data appear on a survey's report. Sentiment data categorize the overall sentiment of each comment as positive, negative, neutral (neither positive nor negative) or mixed (positive and negative).
Display topic data when available
Select whether topic data appear on a survey's report. Gallup uses topic modeling to determine the essence or summary of each comment and groups them by similar topic.
Display AI-generated summaries when available
Select whether AI-generated summaries appear on a survey's report. Gallup uses AI to summarize a question's or topic's comments.
