What's New

  • Refreshed Code Management dashboard experience: View more bundles at a glance, track key metrics across pending, in-progress, and completed codes, and use the new side navigation to stay oriented.
  • Organizational and personal views: Switch between organizational and personal code views so you can work in the right context.
  • Sorting, filtering and bulk actions: Archive, resend, and manage large numbers of bundles with expanded sorting, filtering, and bulk action tools. Your filter selections stay in place as you work.
  • On-platform purchasing: Buy more codes without leaving your workflow. Clients with 1,000 or more employees can generate codes on demand and receive monthly billing. Contact your Gallup representative to learn more or enable this option.
  • Standardized invitation life cycle: Track each code through a clear, consistent status path: available, pending, in-progress, completed.
  • Custom invitation templates: Save up to five invitation templates per code type. Gallup Access automatically includes your name so recipients always know who sent the invite.
  • Assessment completion notifications: Turn on email alerts at the bundle level when someone finishes their assessment, or turn notifications on or off for all bundles at once.
  • Global search: Quickly find any bundle, code or individual across Code Management.
  • CliftonStrengths® results visibility: View and download an individual's top five or CliftonStrengths 34 report directly in Code Management.
  • Comprehensive data export: Export bundles, people and statuses directly to Excel from a dedicated export section.
  • Guided first-time experience: New users receive step-by-step setup guidance immediately after purchasing codes. They can also access tutorials and contextual help throughout Code Management.
