How you access your purchase depends on whether you were signed in to your Gallup Access account when you placed your order.
If you were signed in when you placed your order
Your purchase is fulfilled directly into your account — no additional steps required.
- Sign in to Gallup Access.
- Go to Menu > Code Management.
Your purchase will be available as a code bundle, and you can distribute codes from there.

If you were not signed in — or don't have an account yet
After placing your order, you'll receive an Action Required email with a link to connect your purchase to an account.
- Check your inbox for an email with the subject line Action Required sent to the email address you entered during checkout. The email is sent from the address support@mail.gallup.com.
- Note: If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.
- In the email, click Continue to sign in or create an account.
- Sign in to your existing account, or click Create an Account and follow the steps to create a new one.
- After signing in, go to Menu > Code Management to access your purchase.
