Where can I manage my Gallup Store purchases?

All purchases made in the Gallup Store are available to manage from your Code Management page. To get there, sign in to Gallup Access and go to Menu > Code Management. You'll land on the Bundles page, where your purchase will appear as a bundle.

Digital products are typically fulfilled as access codes organized in code bundles. From Code Management, you can:

  • Redeem a code to your own account by exporting a code and navigating to Menu > Redeem Access Code.
  • Share a code with someone else by exporting a CSV file containing the alphanumeric access code to share with them directly, or by sending an email invitation straight from the platform.

To distribute codes from a bundle

  1. On the Bundles page, locate your purchase — it will appear as a bundle.
  2. In the Quick Actions area, click Distribute Codes. (You can also click into the bundle directly and select Distribute Codes from there, or go to the Codes page and click Distribute.)
  3. If you started from Quick Actions or the Codes page, select the Category, Code Type, and Bundle you want to distribute from, then click Next.
  4. Choose how to distribute your codes:
    • Email Codes — Send invitations directly from Gallup Access by finding recipients on Gallup Access, adding them manually, or uploading a CSV file. Choose an email template, then click Confirm and Send.
    • Export Codes — Set the quantity of codes to export, then click Export Codes to download a CSV file you can save or share yourself.
