Yes — if you already have CliftonStrengths results, you can redeem a new access code in your existing Gallup account. You don't need to retake the assessment to receive new reports or expanded access.
After redeeming the code, you'll have two options:
- Unlock new reports without retaking — Keep your current results and use the new code to unlock additional content, such as the full CliftonStrengths 34 reports. Your existing results stay in place; the code simply expands what's available to you.
- Retake the assessment — Take the assessment again and choose which set of results you'd like to set as your preferred, active results.
Note: If your code is an upgrade to CliftonStrengths 34, it will not include the option to retake. Instead, it will automatically unlock the full CliftonStrengths 34 report for your existing results.
How to redeem your access code
You can start the process in one of two ways:
If you have an alphanumeric access code:
- Sign in to your existing account at gallup.com/access.
- Open the Menu and select Redeem Access Code.
- After redeeming, follow the prompts to either Unlock Access for your current results or Retake Assessment.
If you received an email invitation: Click Get Started in the email, then sign in to your existing Gallup account to redeem the access code and choose how you'd like to proceed.
