I bought an e-book or audiobook but didn’t receive my CliftonStrengths access code.

If you purchased a CliftonStrengths e-book or audiobook from a third-party seller (such as Amazon or Audible), your access code should have been sent to you by that vendor—usually by email shortly after your purchase.

What to do if you don’t see the code

  • Check your inbox and spam or junk folders for any emails from the vendor (e.g., Amazon or Audible).
  • If you still can’t find the code, contact our support team and include proof of purchase—we’ll be happy to provide a replacement code as a courtesy.

Important Notes

  • Access codes are only included with Amazon/Kindle e-books purchased in the U.S., U.K., or Canada.
    These are the only countries where Amazon currently supports code delivery.
  • If you are located outside of those countries, you may not see the e-book option available when viewing Amazon's site from your region.
