If your organization has enabled Team Monitoring, you can view team action plans by selecting Action from the menu or clicking View Action Plans on your dashboard.
Depending on your permissions, you may be able to:
- View plans for teams where you are designated as an Owner (Manager)
- View plans created by all team members across your organization
Use the following tabs:
- Team Action Plans – Browse individual plans by team. The plan creator's name appears beneath the team name.
- Compare Teams – Compare action plans across multiple teams.
Note: If you don’t see the Team Monitoring option, contact your organization’s internal Gallup Access administrator for support.
