To export Action Plans in Gallup Access:
- Go to the Action tool (Menu > Action) and click Export on the Plans tab. Note: If you have Team Monitoring access, you can also export plans created by other members of your team or organization.
- Enter a name for your export. The number of plans included will be displayed. To refine your export, check the Filters box and select criteria (e.g., Plan Type, Report Team, Report Type).
- Click the green Create button to start the export.
- The file will open in a new browser tab and download automatically as an Excel (.xlsx) file.
Note: Make sure your browser allows pop-ups and file downloads to ensure the export completes successfully. Previously exported plans are available under Past Reports in the Export menu.
