If you see no data—or an asterisk (*)—in your report, this means the data for your workgroup has been suppressed to protect employee confidentiality.
Gallup applies confidentiality thresholds to ensure that individual survey responses cannot be identified. If a group is too small, or if data at the question level could potentially reveal someone's identity, the system will suppress that data. Thresholds may vary depending on the type of survey used.
Even if data is unavailable, you can still lead valuable conversations with your team by focusing on the 12 elements of engagement. These discussions are essential for driving meaningful change.
