All purchases made in the Gallup Store are available to manage from your Code Management page. To get there, sign in to Gallup Access and go to Menu > Code Management.
Digital products are typically fulfilled as access codes organized in code bundles. From Code Management, you can:
- Redeem a code to your own account by exporting a code and navigating to Menu > Redeem Access Code.
- Share a code with someone else by exporting a CSV file containing the alphanumeric access code to share with them directly, or by sending an email invitation straight from the platform.
To distribute codes from a bundle:
- On the Code Management page, locate your purchase — it will appear as a bundle.
- In the Quick Actions section at the top of the page, select Distribute Codes.
- In the Distribute Codes window, select your bundle and the appropriate code type.
- Choose how to distribute: send email invitations directly from Gallup Access, or export a CSV file with the access codes to save or share.
