I haven't received my verification code.

If you haven’t received your six-digit verification code, try the following:

Check for Common Issues

  • Look in your spam or junk folder.
  • Confirm that the email address Gallup is sending the verification code to is spelled correctly.
  • Add support@mail.gallup.com to your safe sender list by following these instructions. (Note: The instructions reference a different email—be sure to add support@mail.gallup.com to your list.)

Resend the Verification Email

  • Go to Gallup Access and try signing in again. This will generate a new verification email.

Alternative Verification Method

If you still haven’t received the email, you can verify your account by resetting your password:

  1. Visit the Account Assistance page.
  2. Enter your email address and click Continue.
  3. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
  4. After resetting your password, you can sign in without needing a verification code.
