If you haven’t received your six-digit verification code, try the following:
Check for Common Issues
- Look in your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm that the email address Gallup is sending the verification code to is spelled correctly.
- Add support@mail.gallup.com to your safe sender list by following these instructions. (Note: The instructions reference a different email—be sure to add support@mail.gallup.com to your list.)
Resend the Verification Email
- Go to Gallup Access and try signing in again. This will generate a new verification email.
Alternative Verification Method
If you still haven’t received the email, you can verify your account by resetting your password:
- Visit the Account Assistance page.
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
- After resetting your password, you can sign in without needing a verification code.
