Resolving errors or slow performance in Gallup Access

If Gallup Access isn’t working as expected or is running slowly, try these steps to improve performance before contacting Gallup Support.

Supported browsers

Gallup recommends using one of the two most recent versions of:

  • Microsoft Edge

  • Google Chrome

  • Safari

Steps to try first

  1. Navigate to gallup.com/access instead of using a saved bookmark.

  2. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, close the browser, reopen it, and try again.

  3. Disable browser extensions and try again. See Google Help Center or Microsoft Support for instructions.

  4. Try a different browser or device.

  5. Disconnect from any VPN and test again.

When to contact Gallup Support

If the issue continues, contact Gallup Support and include:

  • A screenshot of the error

  • The page URL

  • The time the issue occurred

  • A short description of what you were doing

Important: Don’t send files that contain Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Gallup can’t accept or review emails with PII, and these files are deleted automatically.
