If your Gallup Access account has been locked due to too many failed sign-in attempts, you can unlock it by resetting your password through our Account Assistance process.
How to unlock your account:

Visit the Account Assistance page
Enter the email address associated with your account.

Within 10 minutes, you’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. If you don’t see the email, check your junk or spam folder or try a different email address.
Click RESET PASSWORD in the email and follow the prompts to create a new password.
Once your password is reset, your account will be unlocked and you can sign in using your username or email and new password.
