Track and manage team-escalated issues by filtering, reviewing, resolving, deleting, and exporting data across reports and teams.
The Escalated Issues tab lists all issues escalated by teams. Use the features on this page to filter, review, resolve, and export issues.

Filtering Issues
Use the filter drop-down lists at the top of the tab to select criteria for viewing specific issues.

Filter options
You can use any combination of filter criteria to isolate the issues you want to view. The following criteria are available:
Report
The survey report associated with an issue.
Team
The team associated with an issue.
Reporting Group
The reporting group of an issue’s team owner. This option is available after selecting a survey report with reporting groups.
Status
Whether the issue is active or resolved.
Category
The category assigned to an issue.
Filter criteria currently in use appear below the filter options. Click an item’s close symbol (x) to remove the item from your current filter, or click Clear All to remove all filter criteria items.
You can also use the search field on the right side to locate issues with a specific word or phrase in their title.
Reviewing and Resolving Issues
Click an issue’s title to view its details. You can also click an issue’s More Options menu (⁝) to access the following options:
View Issue
View the issue’s details.
Delete
Permanently remove the issue.
Mark As Resolved
Indicate that the issue has been resolved.

Exporting Escalated Issues
- Click Export on the right side of the page.
- Use the options in the Download Report window to edit the name of your export and determine which data to include.
- Click Create.
- On the Download Report window's Past Reports tab, check an item's status and click its download symbol (
) to save it.
