Team Participation Tab

Monitor team action plan activity by filtering by plan type, report, team and reporting group.

The Team Participation tab provides a summary of action plan participation data for specific teams, allowing you to quickly review team action plan activity. Use the following options to filter all participation data that appear on this tab:

Plan Type
View data for employee experience or CliftonStrengths plans.

Report
(Employee experience plans only) The survey report associated with the plan. To view plans without an associated report, select None.

Note: You must select a report option to view employee experience plan data.

Team
The team associated with the plan. To view plans without an associated team, select None.

Note: (Employee experience plans only) For easier team selection, this drop-down list consists of only teams included in the selected survey report (i.e., not necessarily all teams you have access to).

Reporting Group
(Employee experience plans only) The survey reporting group that the owner of the team associated with the plan belongs to. For example, to view employee experience action plan data for all teams with owners in a specific reporting group, select that group from the drop-down list.

Note: This option is available only if you select a report for a survey with reporting groups.

Filter criteria currently in use appear below the filter options. Click an item’s close symbol (x) to remove the item from your current filter, or click Clear All to remove all filter criteria items.

The following charts appear on this tab with data based on your filter choices:

Teams With Plans
The percentage of teams with active action plans.

Teams Without Plans
The percentage of teams with no action plans (active or completed).

Teams With Completed Plans
The percentage of teams with completed action plans.

To view the specific teams that make up a chart’s data, click its corresponding View Teams link.

The lower area of the tab lists the specific teams and their action plan participation data based on your filter choices. Use the Team Plan Activity drop-down list to select from the following options and further filter the data:

Teams With Plans
View teams with active action plans.

Teams Without Plans
View teams with no action plans (active or completed).

Teams With Completed Plans
View teams with completed action plans.

Teams Without Completed Plans
View teams with no completed action plans.

Note: Except for the Teams Without Completed Plans option, these options are the same as clicking a chart’s View Teams link.

For employee experience plans, use the Direct and Rollup buttons to view direct or rollup team data. If a team has rollup teams, click its expand symbol (>) to view the teams and their data.

Note: The Direct and Rollup buttons do not appear for any of the following situations:

  • Viewing CliftonStrengths plans.
  • Selecting None from the Report or Team filter options.
  • Viewing data for a team without any rollup teams.
  • Your organization has disabled rollup reporting.

To find specific teams in the list of data, use the Search Participation field on the right side. To view a team’s plans, select View All Plans from a team’s More Options menu (⁝).


Exporting Action Plan Participation Data

  1. Click Export on the right side of the page.
  2. Use the options in the Download Report window to edit the name of your export and determine which data to include.
  3. Click Create.
  4. On the Download Report window's Past Reports tab, check an item's status and click its download symbol (download button) to save it.
