Teams Tab

The Teams tab provides all the data necessary to analyze team-based CliftonStrengths. To view the CliftonStrengths data of a team you have access to, select it from the Team drop-down list.

This tab consists of the following subtabs:

• Team Summary
• Team Grid
• Powerful Partnerships
• Team Members

Team Summary

The Team Summary subtab provides an overview of the team's CliftonStrengths, highlighting the team's strongest themes and domains. It consists of the following items:

Domain Rank
Indicates the prevalence of each domain in the team’s collective strengths.

Theme Frequency
How often each theme appears in team members' top five. Use the Bar Chart, Spark Graph, and Domain Table options to view the data in different formats.

Top Five Domain Representation
For each domain, displays the number of team members with at least one theme from the domain in their top five.

Domain Insights
Insight statements for the team's strongest and weakest domains.

Top Five Insights
Domains and descriptions for the team's collective top five strengths.

The lower area of this subtab displays additional learning opportunities and downloadable tools like Cascade and the Powerful Partnerships worksheet.

Powerful Partnership Worksheet

This worksheet displays a grid of two team members' themes. The intersections of the themes create conversation opportunities on aspects of collaboration or possible conflict.

1. In the Downloadable Tools section of the Team Summary subtab, click Create in the Partnerships Worksheet area.

2. In the Powerful Partnerships window, use the Person 1 and Person 2 drop-down lists to select the two members for the worksheet, and select which theme descriptions to display from the Theme Description drop-down list.

3. Click Preview to view the worksheet, and then click Download to save it.

Team Grid

The Team Grid subtab lists the CliftonStrengths of each team member, allowing you to visualize the team's individual and collective strengths and opportunities. It also groups strengths into CliftonStrengths domains to help you understand areas where your team will likely perform well and areas where it may need assistance.

Use the options at the top of the page to determine which team members' CliftonStrengths to display.

On the left side of the grid, click View Team Insights to display the Team Insights window, which lists for each of the team's top five strengths what the team brings, what it needs, and what motivates it.

Powerful Partnerships

The Powerful Partnerships subtab provides options for comparing the CliftonStrengths of two team members. Use the Person 1 and Person 2 drop-down lists to select the individuals, and then click Apply.

The comparison lists each team member's top five, their individual "bring" and "need" insight statements, access to AI-generated partnership insights, and a Partnership Chart. On the Partnership Chart, the proximity of a theme's dots shows the similarity in rank order of the members' themes. The closer the dots, the more similar the rank order.

Team Members

The Team Members subtab lists the names of the team members that comprise your team, along with their respective top five strengths.

Use the Name Search to locate a specific team member, or use the Top Five Themes drop-down list to identify team members with a specific theme in their top five.

To view or download a team member's CliftonStrengths report, select the report from the member's More Options menu (⁝).
