How do I stop receiving emails from Gallup?

The steps to stop receiving Gallup emails depend on the type of email you're receiving.

Survey invitation emails

If you're receiving survey invitation emails and you no longer work for the organization that sent them, contact Gallup Client Support and we can remove you from the organization's portal.

CliftonStrengths invitation or reminder emails

These emails are sent when someone has purchased or distributed a CliftonStrengths access code on your behalf. To stop receiving them, you can:

  • Complete the assessment — invitation and reminder emails will stop once the assessment is finished.
  • Contact the person who sent you the code and let them know you don't want to take the assessment.
  • Decline the consent statement — click the link in the email to begin the assessment, and then decline the consent statement on the first screen. You will not be able to proceed with the assessment, and the purchaser will be able to see that consent was declined when viewing the code or invitation status.

Marketing and newsletter emails
