How do I delete my Gallup Access account?

If you would like to delete your Gallup Access account and associated personal data, our Client Support team can assist.

Account deletion is a permanent action and removes access to your CliftonStrengths results and any other content tied to your profile. Because account details vary, especially if your access is connected to a workplace, school, or organization—we’ll first need to verify your information and review how your account is set up.

What to expect

When you contact Client Support, you may be asked to:

  • Confirm whether your account is linked to an organization (such as an employer, school, or training program)
  • Provide your country (and state, if located in the United States) for compliance with privacy laws
  • Answer a few security verification questions to confirm account ownership
  • Acknowledge that account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed

If your account is associated with both an individual (consumer) and organizational profile, Gallup will help guide you through each step and coordinate with the appropriate parties.

Note: Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of account verification, in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
