Your Personal Connections page in Gallup Access allows you to view the CliftonStrengths results and reports of:
Individuals you have purchased Personal access codes for (after they redeem the code and complete the assessment).
Individuals who have chosen to share their CliftonStrengths results with you.
If you are part of an organization portal and have permission to view others’ results, you may also see results for people who redeemed organization codes on the Your Organization Connections tab.
Where to view results by code type
Personal codes you purchased
Results for individuals who redeemed Personal codes you purchased appear on the Your Personal Connections tab.Organization codes
Results for individuals who redeemed organization codes appear on the Your Organization Connections tab, if:You are part of an organization portal, and
You have permission to view others’ results.
If you are not part of an organization portal, you will only see the Your Personal Connections tab.
How to view results
Sign in to your Gallup Access account.
Select Menu in the upper-left corner of the page.
Select CliftonStrengths > Connections.
Choose the appropriate tab:
Your Organization Connections – To view results for individuals who redeemed organization codes you have access to.
Your Personal Connections – To view results for individuals who redeemed Personal codes you purchased and completed the assessment, or have shared their CliftonStrengths results with you.
Note: Results appear only after an individual has completed the CliftonStrengths assessment.
