Personalized Partnership Insights

Personalized Partnership Insights reveal how you and another person work together. They highlight where you align, where you bring distinct perspectives and how you can improve collaboration.

How to view personalized partnership insights

To view personalized partnership insights, sign in to Gallup Access. 

  1. On your dashboard, in the Quick Actions area, select View CliftonStrengths. This opens your CliftonStrengths page.

  2. On your CliftonStrengths page, select the Connections tab. This tab displays the names and top five strengths of individuals who are sharing their CliftonStrengths results with you. If your organization has a Gallup Access subscription, you can select the Your Organization subtab within Connections to find an organizational partner.

  3. To compare your CliftonStrengths with someone else, find their name on the Connections tab, select the More Options menu (⁝) next to their name and then select Compare.

The Develop Powerful Partnerships page lists both individuals’ top five strengths and provides details for using them to collaborate successfully. In the green Personalized Partnership Insights section, select View Insights to see a detailed AI-generated summary of the partnership.

The Personalized Partnership Insights page is a comprehensive analysis to help you and another person understand how to work best together. It includes several key sections.

When Our Partnership Is at Its Best explains why you work well together and what makes your collaboration effective.

How We Complement Each Other describes areas of alignment and shared energy.

Moments of Tension highlights potential friction points and offers guidance on how to navigate them productively.

Suggested Collaboration Practices provides practical, actionable ideas to help you strengthen the partnership.

Each section features both individuals’ names and strengths so the insights are personal and directly connected to your real working relationship.


Personalized Team Insights

Personalized Team Insights translate your team’s strengths data into clear, actionable insights. They reveal patterns in how your team collaborates, leads and responds to challenges so you can coach and develop the team more effectively.

How to view personalized team insights

To view personalized team insights, sign in to Gallup Access. On your dashboard, in the Quick Actions area, select View CliftonStrengths to open your CliftonStrengths page.

There are two ways to access teams, depending on the type of team you want to view:

  • To view teams made up of your connections, select the Connections tab, and then select View Your Teams.

  • To view organizational teams, select the Teams tab (only available with a subscription).

Select a team to view its details.

The team’s page provides details about the team’s CliftonStrengths, including its strongest themes and domains. In the green Personalized Team Insights section, select View Insights to see a detailed AI-generated summary of the team’s dynamics.

Exploring the insights

The Personalized Team Insights page provides a clear narrative of how your team operates based on its unique strengths data. It is organized into several sections.

How You Connect describes how your team tends to build relationships and how team members interact with one another.

What Inspires You highlights what motivates and energizes your team to perform at its best.

Moments to Watch Out For identifies potential blind spots, challenges or areas where the team may experience friction.

What Fuels You explains what drives your team’s sense of purpose and engagement and what makes team members excited to work together.

Applying team insights

Team insights help coaches, managers and leaders prepare quickly and effectively by turning hours of spreadsheet and report analysis into a ready-made summary of key patterns and dynamics. Use these insights in coaching sessions, team development conversations and strategic planning discussions so you can spend less time analyzing data and more time applying it to create meaningful change.
