The Heatmap tool in Gallup Access is currently limited to questions from the Gallup Question Bank.
This means you cannot use it to view results for custom questions, such as those you may have added outside the Gallup-provided content. If you need to analyze responses to custom questions, consider using the Text Analytics tab within your report for detailed metrics.
