This report is a worksheet to compare and contrast the themes of two team members by displaying one member's themes across the first row and the other member's themes down the first column. The intersections of the themes create conversation opportunities on aspects of collaboration or possible conflict.
Note: You can also use this report as a Power of Me worksheet to help an individual team member realize and understand the power of their theme combinations, which occur at the worksheet's theme intersections.
Power of 2 report
The top of the page includes the following options for customizing the report:
- Use the Person 1 and Person 2 drop-down lists at the top of the page to select the team member whose themes appear in the first row and column.
- Click Swap to switch the position of the team members' themes on the report.
- The Themes Across and Themes Down options let you determine which themes to include for each team member (1-5 or 6-10).
Use the Select Theme Elements drop-down list to select which theme characteristics to display for each theme.
Note: Select Power of Me to create an individual worksheet for the Person 1 team member. Their themes appear in the first row and column, with each theme's role characteristics appearing across the first row and words describing each theme appearing down the first column.
