Team Summary report
The pie chart displays the distribution of CliftonStrengths domains for the team, helping you understand which domains are most prominent.
The table on the right side of the report below the spark chart summarizes the CliftonStrengths domains for the team, indicating the number of team members with at least one theme in each domain and the number of theme occurrences in each domain.
The table at the bottom of the report gives a summary of the team's top five dominant themes and includes the following data:
- The theme name and percentage of team members with the theme in their top five.
- What the team delivers and contributes using the theme.
- What the team needs to succeed with the theme.
- What inspires and motivates the team to apply and make the most of the theme.
