Where do I get the survey link to send to participants?

If you are a Survey Administrator or have access to build surveys, you can find the survey link on the Review or Distribute tabs in Gallup Access.

From the Review Tab

1. Sign in to your Gallup Access account.

2. Click the Menu in the upper-left corner of the page, and select Surveys.

3. Click the survey you need the link for. You’ll land on the Review page by default.

4. On the left side of the page, locate the Information box.

5. Click Copy Link to copy the survey link.

From the Distribute Tab

1. While viewing your survey, click the Distribute tab at the top of the page (beneath the survey title).

2. On the left menu, select Survey Link.

3. Click Copy Link to copy the survey link.

You can also customize the link on this page to make it shorter and more user-friendly for participants.
