Customize email invitations for distributing CliftonStrengths access codes with templates tailored to code type and language.
Code Management email templates allow for custom email invites when Gallup Access distributes your organization's access codes. You can create a separate template for each CliftonStrengths code type and available language. To create and edit email templates, click View Email Templates in the Quick Actions area of the Code Management page.
Note: Email templates are available only for distributing organizational codes, not personal codes. Access to create and edit email templates depends on your account privileges.

Email Templates page
The Email Templates page lists your existing templates, including the creation date, last modified date and number of languages for each one.
Creating an Email Template
You can create a new email template for any CliftonStrengths code type that does not already have a template.
Note: To edit an existing template, including adding a language, click the template’s corresponding Manage Template button on the Email Templates page.

Click Create Template on the right side of the Email Templates page.

Select the type of CliftonStrengths access code you want to use the template for, and then click Next.
Note: If your desired access code is not available from the Code Type drop-down list, it already has a template, which you can view and edit from the Email Templates page.

Use the Language drop-down list to select the template’s language, and then use the available options to edit the template’s subject, headline and body. Click Save & Preview to continue.
Note: You cannot modify the email’s button text or appearance or the email’s overall appearance.

Review the email template. To make changes, click Back. Otherwise, click Save.

Editing an Email Template
You can edit an existing email template via the Email Templates page or when distributing your organization's access codes via Gallup Access. To edit an email template when distributing access codes, click Edit Message when previewing your organization's template, and skip to step 3 below.
Note: Edits you make to an email template when distributing access codes via Gallup Access apply only to that particular distribution of codes and do not affect the original template.

Click the template's corresponding Manage Template button on the Email Templates page.

Click a language's corresponding Edit button, or click Add Language to add a new language to the template.

If you are adding a new language, select it from the Language drop-down list. Use the available options to edit the template's subject, headline and body. Click Save & Preview to continue.
