Exports

The Exports page of Code Management provides options to download your data using preformatted templates. Use this area to generate CSV files containing detailed information about your bundles, individuals, codes and individuals' assessment results.

The available export options include:

Export All Data
Select specific bundles to generate a complete export of all your bundle, individual and code data in one file.

Bundles Export
Select specific bundles to generate detailed bundle data including distribution method, completion rates and assigned codes.

Individual Export
Select specific individual records to export, including email address, assessment status, completion date and results.

Codes Export
Select specific codes to export, with break downs by inventory by status: Available, Pending, In-Progress and Completed.

Assessment Results
Select specific individuals who have completed the assessment to export their CliftonStrengths results in a CSV file, rather than formatted CliftonStrengths reports.

Click an export option on the page to display a window where you can select the specific data you want to download. After you make your selections, Gallup Access emails you a CSV file.
