Create bundles to organize and distribute access codes by selecting code types, transferring codes, naming the bundle, and optionally adding co-owners.
A code bundle is a group of purchased access codes of the same type (e.g., CliftonStrengths 34) and usage (e.g., single-use). It’s a way to organize codes for distribution and management, and is required by the Code Management product.
From the top right corner of the Bundles page in Code Management, click Create Bundle.
Bundles pageFrom the Select Bundle Type window, select the category and type of access codes you want to include in the bundle, then click Next. Your options depend on the types of codes you have available (e.g., Top 5 Strengths, CliftonStrengths 34, digital kits).
Note: Depending on your account privileges, you may also have to select the bundle type. Select Nonmember if the bundle's codes should grant access only to each recipient's results, or Member if the bundle's codes should also grant access to your organizational dashboard and its features.
Select Bundle Type window- From the Add Codes window, select how you would like to add codes to the bundle: Transfer Codes or Purchase Codes.
Transfer Codes moves available codes from an existing bundle into this new one.
Purchase Codes takes you either to the Gallup Store or to a direct purchase flow within Gallup Access, depending on your organization's subscription type and your account permissions.
Note: To add codes using Transfer Codes, you must transfer them from a non-archived bundle you have access to that has the same code type.
