Manage purchased access codes, organize them into bundles, distribute to individuals, track redemption status and view email templates.
With the Code Management product, you can manage, organize and distribute purchased access codes. The product also provides options for grouping codes into logical bundles to help with organization and distribution.
Note: Availability of this tool and certain features depends on your account roles and privileges.

Code Management page
To access the product, select Code Management from the Menu on the upper-left corner of the page.

Menu options
The top of the Code Management page features tabs based on the codes you’ve purchased and how you purchased them (i.e., for your organization or yourself). You can select whether you want to work with your organization’s codes or your own personal codes and choose to view all categories of codes or just a specific category (e.g., CliftonStrengths).

Use the Quick Actions area to easily access frequently used aspects of the Code Management product.

This area has the following options:
Distribute Codes
Send codes from a bundle to individuals. You can have Gallup Access do this, or export the codes and send them yourself.
Create and Manage Bundles *
Create a new bundle or view all archived bundles.
View Email Templates *
View and edit existing email templates or create a new template.
View Distributed Codes
View all unredeemed codes you have sent to individuals.
View all In Progress Codes
View redeemed CliftonStrengths codes you have sent to individuals who have not completed the assessment.
View Used Codes
View all redeemed codes you have sent, including CliftonStrengths codes you have sent to individuals who have completed the assessment.
