Creating a Code Bundle

Create bundles to organize and distribute access codes by selecting code types, transferring codes, naming the bundle, and optionally adding co-owners.

A code bundle is a group of purchased access codes of the same type (e.g., CliftonStrengths 34) and usage (e.g., single-use). It’s a way to organize codes for distribution and management, and is required by the Code Management product.

  1. In the Quick Actions area of the Code Management page, click Create and Manage Bundles, then click Create Bundle on the Manage Bundles page.

  2. On the Select Bundle Type page, select the category and type of access codes you want to include in the bundle, then click Next. Your options depend on the types of codes you have available (e.g., Top 5 Strengths, CliftonStrengths 34, digital kits).

Note: Depending on your account privileges, you may also have to select the bundle type. Select Nonmember if the bundle's codes should grant access only to each recipient's results, or Member if the bundle's codes should also grant access to your organizational dashboard and its features.

  3. On the Add Codes to Bundle page, select the bundle you want to transfer access codes from and type the number of codes to transfer to your new bundle. Then click Next.

Note: To add access codes to the bundle, you must transfer them from a non-archived bundle you have access to that has the same code type.

  4. On the Bundle Details page, type a name and description for the bundle, select the code usage type, then click Next.

    Single-Use
Individuals can use each of the unique codes in the bundle only once.

    Multi-Use
The bundle contains one code that a group of individuals can share.

Note: If you select a Multi-Use code usage type, you can choose to have Gallup email you when the bundle’s code uses decrease to a specific amount.
