View and apply your talents, compare strengths with others and explore each team member's unique strengths profile.
Employee Engagement
Manage engagement surveys, review analytics and create action plans that improve workplace culture.

Downloading and Signing In
Download the Gallup Access app from the App Store or Google Play. To create a free account, tap Sign Up on the welcome screen and follow the on-screen prompts. To access an existing account, tap Sign In and enter your username or email address and password.
A free account includes strengths-based and engagement-focused content, including articles, videos, advice and learning modules.
