If you have a recent survey report available, a summary of it appears at the top of the Home screen for quick reference. Below your Top 5, the Team Strengths section gives managers a snapshot of their team's collective strengths profile. Tap it to open Team Visuals, where you can explore your team's talent mix in more detail.
