If you've forgotten your Gallup Access password, there are two ways to access your account from the Sign In page: resetting your password via Account Assistance or signing in with a temporary code.
Don't see the email? Check your junk or spam folder. Note that both the reset link and sign-in code expire, so use them promptly.
Option 1: Reset Your Password
- Go to the Gallup Access Sign In page

Enter your username or email and proceed to the password screen.

Select Need help? on the password screen.

On the Account Assistance page, enter the email address associated with your account and continue.

If an account is found tied to that email address, you'll receive an Account Assistance email. Open the email and click the Reset Password link.

You'll be taken to a page that displays your account username and allows you to set a new password. Your password must be a minimum of 6 characters long and contain at least 3 of the following: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, special characters. Allowed special characters include _ ~ @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - + = ? { } [ ]
Option 2: Send a Sign-In Code
If you'd prefer to skip the password entirely, you can sign in using a temporary code instead.
- Go to the Gallup Access Sign In page.

Enter your username and proceed to the password screen.
- Select Send Sign-In Code on the password screen.

You'll receive an email with a six-digit code. Enter the code to complete sign in—no password required.
Once signed in, you can update your password at any time from your account settings.
