If you've forgotten your Gallup Access username, you can retrieve it from the Sign In page in just a few steps.
Retrieving Your Username
- Go to the Gallup Access Sign In page.

Click Forgot username? near the top-right corner of the Sign In screen.

On the Find Your Username page, enter the email address associated with your account and continue.
- Verify your identity using one of the following methods:
- Email code: Enter the six-digit code sent to your email address.

Security questions: If available, select Verify another way to answer your account security questions instead. Note: The Verify another way option is only available to users who have set up account security questions.

Once your identity is verified, you'll be taken to the Username Found screen, which displays your username.
Next Steps
From the Username Found screen, you can:
- Select Reset Password if you also need to update your password.
- Select Return to Sign In to log in with your retrieved username.
