For: Gallup-Certified Strengths Coaches
Your Gallup Access account includes a Coach Certification section where you can download your certificate, access your coach code and logos, and manage your certification details.
Navigate to Coach Certification
- Go to Gallup Access and sign in to your account.
- Click the Profile icon in the upper right corner of your home screen.
- Select My Account > Coach Certification.
What's in each tab
The Coach Certification section has three tabs. Here's what you'll find in each:
| Tab | What you can access |
|---|---|
| Overall | Gallup-Certified Coach Code, recertification date, Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach logo, and visual identity guidelines |
| Certificate | Download your certificate, customize your certificate, and update your preferred email address for coach and certification communications |
| Your Coach Profile | Create or update your listing in the Coaches Directory |

Save your changes
When making updates to your certificate, make sure both required fields are completed before saving:
- Name
Important: Always click SAVE after making changes. If these fields are not filled in and saved, your updates will not be applied.
When will my changes appear?
Updates to your certificate can take up to 24 hours to process. This includes a newly generated or customized certificate.
