Your Coach Profile controls how you appear in the Coaches Directory. You can update this listing at any time from your Gallup Access account.
Update your Coach Profile
- Go to Gallup Access and sign in to your account.
- Click the Profile icon in the upper right corner of your home screen.
- Select My Account > Coach Certification > Your Coach Profile.
- Enter or update any field for your directory information.
Important: Make sure the Name in Coach Directory field at the top is filled in, then click SAVE. If this field is not filled in and saved, your updates will not be applied.
When will my changes appear?
Updates to your Coaches Directory listing can take up to 24 hours to process.
