To update your username or other account details, sign in to your Gallup Access account. Once signed in, click the profile icon in the top right-hand corner and select My Account.
From there, use the Account Summary sections to view and edit your:
- Username
- Password
- Security questions
- Alternate email address
- Postal code
- Mobile phone number
- Job title
