You can update a live survey by editing it directly in Gallup Access.
To make changes
- Go to Menu > Surveys and select the survey you want to edit.
- Make your desired changes using the different survey builder tabs available.
- Once finished, navigate to the Review tab and click Publish Changes to apply your updates.
Important Notes
- Changes will apply only to new respondents who take the survey after you apply pending changes.
- If you want completed respondents to reflect the updated version, you'll need to reset their survey and ask them to retake it.
- Relaunching does not resend invitations. However, if you upload a new respondent file, those newly added individuals will receive invites.
- If you purchased a one-time survey from the Gallup Store and need access to upload or modify a respondent file, please contact our Client Support team. A Gallup Representative can review your options with you.
