I purchased a one-time survey, but I can’t find it on Gallup Access. Where is it?

If you’ve purchased a one-time survey and don’t see it in Gallup Access, it likely still needs to be applied to your organizational account.

To apply your survey

  1. Click the account icon in the upper-right corner and select My Account.
  2. On the My Account page, choose My Surveys.
  3. Find your survey and click Apply.
  4. Follow the prompts to assign it to an organizational account.
 
Once applied, you’ll be able to configure and launch the survey using the Surveys tool.
 
Note: You won’t be able to launch or configure the survey until this step is complete. If you do not see your survey under My Surveys in your account, please read I completed my order but I don't know how to access my product(s).
