If you’ve purchased a one-time survey and don’t see it in Gallup Access, it likely still needs to be applied to your organizational account.
To apply your survey
- Click the account icon in the upper-right corner and select My Account.
- On the My Account page, choose My Surveys.
- Find your survey and click Apply.
- Follow the prompts to assign it to an organizational account.
Once applied, you’ll be able to configure and launch the survey using the Surveys tool.
Note: You won’t be able to launch or configure the survey until this step is complete. If you do not see your survey under My Surveys in your account, please read I completed my order but I don't know how to access my product(s).
