Gallup Access gives you full control to start and stop your survey at any time.
To start your survey
- Sign In to your Gallup Access account.
- Navigate to Menu > Surveys.
- Select the survey you want to start.
- Go to the Review tab in the survey builder and click Launch Survey.
To end your survey
- On the Surveys dashboard, click the More Options (⁝) menu next to the survey name.
- Select Close Survey (Alternatively, you can click to view the survey and select the green Close Survey Now button).
Note: Make sure the minimum number of participants (typically 4) have responded before closing. Once closed, a survey cannot be reopened.
