If a respondent accidentally submitted their survey, you can reset their submission so they can retake it.
When you reset a survey, all existing responses are permanently deleted, and the respondent will receive a new survey invitation automatically.
To Reset a Respondent’s Survey
Open your survey and select the Distribute tab.
From the left menu, select Respondents.
On the Respondents tab, use the Search field to find the individual.
Click the More Options menu (⁝) next to their name and select Reset.
Note: Resetting a survey permanently removes the respondent’s previous answers and automatically sends them a new survey invitation.
