How do I delete respondents while my survey is live?

To delete a respondent from a live survey

  1. Select Surveys from the Menu on the upper-left corner of the page. 

    If you don’t have access to Surveys, contact your organization’s System Administrator to request access or ask them to remove the respondent for you.

  2. Select the survey you want to update.

  3. Select the Distribute tab, and then select Respondents from the left menu.

  4. On the Respondents tab, use the Search field to locate the respondent.

  5. Click the More Options menu (⁝) next to the respondent’s name, and then select Remove.

Note: When you remove a respondent, Gallup Access permanently deletes any responses they submitted.
