Monitor code distribution and usage through bundle summaries, code transfers, status tracking, and individual redemption details.
The Bundle Details page has all of the information about a specific code bundle.

Bundle Details page
The upper area of the page shows summary information about the bundle, including its name, code type, owners, code usage, the number of codes available for distribution (Available), the number of distributed and unredeemed codes (Pending/In Progress), and the number of redeemed codes (Used). For bundles with a multi-use access code, this area also shows the access code and an invite link, which you can distribute to individuals.
Note: For bundles with CliftonStrengths codes, Pending/In Progress includes redeemed codes distributed to individuals who have not completed the assessment; Used includes redeemed codes distributed to individuals who have completed the assessment.
The upper area also includes the following options:
Distribute Codes
Send single-use codes from the bundle to individuals. You can have Gallup Access do this, or export the codes and send them yourself.
Transfer Codes
Move some of the codes from the bundle to another bundle. You can only transfer access codes to a non-archived bundle of the same code type that you have access to.
Deactivate Code
Prevent individuals from redeeming the bundle’s multi-use code. This is useful to prevent unauthorized use or stop individuals who have redeemed it from doing so again.
Note: You must transfer the available code uses to a non-archived bundle that you have access to.
Reactivate Code
Allow individuals to redeem the bundle’s multi-use code by transferring codes (i.e., uses) to it from a non-archived bundle that you have access to with the same code type.
Edit Bundle
Change the bundle’s name and description. For a bundle with multi-use codes, you can also change whether Gallup will notify you when the bundle’s code uses decrease to a specific amount.
Edit Bundle Owner
Modify who in your organization has access to view and manage the bundle.
Add to Favorites
Mark the bundle as a favorite for quick access to it.
Remove From Favorites
Clear the bundle as a favorite.
Archive Bundle
Store and hide the bundle from view. You can still access and restore an archived bundle if necessary.
Note: For a bundle with available codes, you must transfer the codes to a non-archived bundle that you have access to.
The lower area of the page includes the following tabs:

Retract Codes
Gallup Access returns the codes to the bundle’s available codes, preventing the selected individuals from using them.
Note: This option is not available if any of the selected individuals have a Completed status.
