After purchasing access codes, you can manage and distribute them in Code Management in Gallup Access.
How to distribute codes
Open the Menu in your Gallup Access account and select Code Management.
In Quick Actions, select Distribute Codes.
Select the type of access codes and the bundle you want to distribute from, and then select Next.
Choose a distribution method and follow the on-screen instructions:
Send email invitations from Gallup Access or
Export codes to a CSV file for hard-copy or manual distribution.
Sending email invitations
When you select email as your distribution method:
You can preview the email text that Gallup Access sends to your users during the distribution process.
If your bundle contains more than one code, you can send multiple email invitations at once. Each recipient receives their own invitation.
Exporting codes to a CSV file
When you select Export Codes as your distribution method:
On the Export Codes page, enter the number of codes you want to export from the bundle, and then select Export Codes.
A CSV file downloads with the alphanumeric access codes.
During the distribution process, Gallup Access provides email text that you can copy and paste into your own email provider if you prefer to email the codes yourself.
Sample email text you can send to users
You can use or adapt the following invitation text if you choose to email exported codes from your own email system. Replace [CODE] in Step 2 with each user’s unique access code:
You're invited to take Gallup's CliftonStrengths assessment. This assessment is a powerful online tool that helps individuals identify, understand and maximize their strengths.
Please follow these steps to take the CliftonStrengths assessment and discover your strengths:
Visit Gallup Access at https://www.gallup.com/access
Click the Redeem Access Code button at the top right side of the page.
Copy and paste the access code [CODE] on the Enter Access Code page, and then click Continue.
Sign in to your account, or Create a new account if you don't have one.
After signing in, you will be able to take the CliftonStrengths assessment. Please give yourself 45 minutes of quiet, uninterrupted time to complete it.
