How do I create an access code bundle?

To create new access code bundles, you must have an active Gallup Access subscription.

Access code bundles help organize and manage multiple codes for easier distribution. To begin, sign in to Gallup Access and select Code Management from the Menu.

How to Create a Bundle

1. From the Quick Actions menu, click Create and Manage Bundles, then select Create Bundle.
2. Choose the Code Type and Bundle Type, then click Next.
3. Enter the number of codes to include and select the source bundle from which to transfer them. Click Next.
4. Provide a bundle name, description, and set the code usage type (e.g., single-use or multi-use). Click Next.
5. Review your bundle details. If everything looks correct, click Create Bundle.

Note: You can only create a new bundle by transferring codes from an existing bundle of the same code type (e.g., Top 5, CliftonStrengths 34, or Upgrade to 34) that contains a sufficient number of unused codes.
