Access code bundles help organize and manage multiple codes for easier distribution. To begin, sign in to Gallup Access and select Code Management from the Menu.
Note: To create new access code bundles, you must have an active Gallup Access subscription.
How to Create a Bundle
- Sign in to Gallup Access, and from the Menu, select Code Management. You'll land on the Bundles page.
- In the top right corner of the Bundles page, click Create Bundle.
- Select the Category and Code Type, then click Next.
- Select how you want to add codes to the new bundle: Transfer Codes or Purchase Codes.
- If you select Transfer Codes, choose the bundle you want to transfer codes from.
- If you select Purchase Codes, you'll either be taken to the Gallup Store to select and purchase codes, or — if your account is part of an organization subscription with the required roles and permissions and this feature is enabled — to a window where you can generate codes directly in Code Management and be billed monthly.
- Provide a bundle name and description, and set the code usage type (e.g., single-use or multi-use). Click Next.
- Review your bundle details. If everything looks correct, click Create Bundle.
Note: Generating codes on demand and being billed monthly is only available to organization subscriptions of a certain size that have this feature enabled by their Gallup representative. If you're interested in this option and it's not currently available to you, reach out to your Gallup representative to learn more.
Note: If you transfer codes into a new bundle, you can only do so from an existing bundle of the same code type (e.g., Top 5, CliftonStrengths 34, or Upgrade to 34) that contains a sufficient number of unused codes.
