How do I transfer access codes to a different bundle?

If you have multiple access code bundles, you can transfer codes from one bundle to another using the Code Management page in Gallup Access. This helps you better organize and distribute codes within your organization.

Note: You can only transfer codes between bundles that live in the same account type — either between two personal bundles, or between two organization bundles. You cannot transfer codes or bundles between a personal account and an organization account.

To transfer access codes between bundles

  1. Sign in to Gallup Access, and from the Menu in the upper-left corner, select Code Management.
  2. On the Code Management page, click the name of the bundle you want to transfer codes from to open its bundle overview page.
  3. Click Transfer Codes.
  4. In the transfer window, enter the number of codes you want to transfer and select the destination bundle (must be the same code type).
  5. Click Transfer Codes to complete the action.

Note: You can only transfer codes between bundles of the same code type (e.g., CliftonStrengths Top 5, 34, Upgrade to 34), only to existing, non-archived bundles you have access to, and only within the same account type — personal to personal, or organization to organization. Codes and bundles cannot be transferred between a personal account and an organization account.

Note: If someone has redeemed a personal access code and you'd like to add them to your organization's account instead, this isn't done through Code Management.
